BREATH OF THE VICTORY MARCH Simple to take a step with thee Forward then, and on your knees Everyone take a look at the stars Simple to take a single stride Toward then and bow down with pride On your shoulders Reaching for the stars Everyone take a look at the stars Another step and a march begins Moving then and we all will win Everyone sees the third step not so far Another stride in time with all The drums will drive this past the wall Of stubborn standards staring from so far Everyone sees this march could take us far Lighting torches, grabbing swords and knives Guns and shells would soon arrive The only thing that’s scarce is victory Hail to the champion of Victory of war, not love Look for the white flag waving for victory Victory is what is sought Vision goes past what is fought Vows that rows of people have died for Victory to continue through The different ways to get to you Is what they go to all this trouble for Is the way they go worth dying for? Another simple step with thee We, the people, on our knees Marching, yet, a path with ways to war Something in the stride we lend Is possibly finally different Maybe come a fork, we’ll veer from war Or march down the glory path to war Lighting torches, grabbing swords and knives Guns and shells would soon arrive The only thing that’s scarce is victory Hail to the champion of Victory of war, not love Look for the white flag waving for victory Victory Simple to take a step with thee Forward then, and on your knees Everyone take a look at the stars Simple to take a single stride Toward then and bow down with pride On your shoulders Reaching for the stars Everyone take a look at the stars Everyone take a look at the stars Everyone take a look at the stars Everyone needs to stop Everyone needs to stop and take a look at the stars

Hear Me Out 04:05
HEAR ME OUT Hear me out, the days will limit Pensive, passive thoughts of down What? The union we must commit Or else we’ll drown Discern my face, or my reflection Dejected, dolent sorrow lay Upon a broken heart collection We go astray Heed my judgment, mocked by nature Scoffing, scorning sentiment A lonely leaf: what signature? Impediment Hear me out, the hours turning Foresee the fervid, fervent pique Steady, how the love is burning Once we meet Here we stay We have gone our ways Nothing more Time to shut the door Hear me out, the days will limit Pensive, passive thoughts of down What? The union we must commit Or else we’ll drown Discern my face, or my reflection Dejected, dolent sorrow lay Upon a broken heart collection We go astray What is this, what are we doing here? Will this ever disappear? Hear me out, I cannot decide Would you please help me make up my mind?

OTHERWISE PRETEND Hey there pretty girl I think I just saw you smile I haven’t seen ya do that in a while Look at you, you are just right So put that smile back on your face Otherwise I’d say it’s a simple disgrace Drive away now here we go Remember when I first said hello Drive away now here we go again, again Hey there pretty girl I know that things were wrong Well now I’m singin’ a completely different song Drive away now take a break But don’t forget what is at stake I know that I am such a flake Pretend, pretend Hey there pretty girl You know I know what I can become You know I want a place I can be from Why do you look forward? And why do I always look behind? I guess I have a different frame of mind Hey there pretty girl I think I just saw you smile I haven’t seen ya do that in a while

Glory Faded 05:11
GLORY FADED Sitting at an empty table Empty room to tell a fable No one hears the darkest part They are not here, and are unable Glory Faded, blinds are closed Spears of light reveal the holes Empty room, a still reminder Those who shouted unopposed The ashes rise up in glory Tell us a story That we’ll never hear Our malice comes up behind us Bounds us and binds us Never disappears Hidden message must exist In memory remains a list Time will hide the darkest part The lonely aspect we dismiss Footsteps echo, empty hall Want to find it, don’t we all Empty hall, a lost reminder Echoes from a past war call The ashes rise up in glory Tell us a story That we’ll never hear Our malice comes up behind us Bounds us and binds us Never disappears

THE FACTORY MACHINE Not so far from here Yet not so very near Is a rattling piece of steel and brick machine A factory, now made of rust Making things that gather dust Not a soul will use them, it would seem Turning wheels and grinding gears Manufacture bits of fears That gather in a pile outside the door Odd contraptions with little parts, Trinkets that wind up to start, The Factory Machine keeps building more What a shame, but who’s to blame? Ever since this new stuff came Nobody knows the machine still goes on all the same It’s left its mark, falling apart It has worked from the start Nobody knows the machine still goes on in the dark An empty city far away The machine is there to stay Remembering when its rust had yet to come Turning out its little toys For non-existent girls and boys Thinking back to days when it was young Newer things caught their attention Then they left without a mention Of times they’d used the older things for fun The Factory Machine would try To keep the people by its side But off into the distance they would run What a shame, but who’s to blame? Ever since this new stuff came Nobody knows the machine still goes on all the same It’s left its mark, falling apart It has worked from the start Nobody knows the machine still goes on in the dark It cries for help constantly, A little boy hears suddenly Echoes sound like whispers from so far Maybe the boy will turn around And tell the people what he’s found Or let the machine know where they are What a shame, but who’s to blame? Ever since this new stuff came Nobody knows the machine still goes on all the same It’s left its mark, falling apart It has worked from the start Nobody knows the machine still goes on in the dark

PROUD AND TORN They are all alone Together, Can’t believe what they’ve been shown Follow their gaze, they stare always At a place far away from Home: sometime they’ll go But every single one still knows That in the end, around the bend The absent faces always Show a missing part But she still feels him in her heart As time goes by she’ll come to lie Again beside him like the start. Come back with a flag, that’s the only way they’ll pack his bag Or if he’s through because he’s due to come back true Once his honor grew to start a new life in a few Just as askew as he’s ever had The start comes with ease Before everyone is displeased They argue more, down at the store As children watch the strange Disease is what some call it Children laugh and play, and don’t follow it On the news, their eyes aren’t glued But they don’t have to fill The wallet has a picture Every single day he still misses her Pretty smile, it’s been a while And as he sits his mind will stir. Come back with a flag, that’s the only way they’ll pack his bag Or if he’s through because he’s due to come back true Once his honor grew to start a new life in a few Just as askew as he’s ever had Stir up memories As mothers wait, they still seem to plan these Different ways, day after day To bring back their boys to their Families will always mourn Though some are proud, and some are torn As what to do, they think back to Twenty years ago, when he was Born all alone No brothers or sisters to be shown Follow his gaze, they stare always At a place far away from home. Come back with a flag, that’s the only way they’ll pack his bag Or if he’s through because he’s due to come back true Once his honor grew to start a new life in a few Just as askew as he’s ever had

HIDE AND SEEK Count to ten, and close your eyes Time goes by, continues by Open them, and I am gone Time goes on, continues on When you come to look for me What do you see? Tell me what you see Turn around and count again A moment then, I will come to you then What will you find? When nothing is showing, And time keeps on flowing There’s no way to hide The past keeps on growing, The future is going You hide I still find how sweet you are From this far, even from this far I receive the love you send ‘til the end, in my heart ‘til the end When I hear your heart pounding Love has wings, I send it there on wings On its wings to you it goes Love will grow, our love will always grow I still find the love within Where we’ve been, it is everywhere we’ve been When I hide you know where to go You will know, you will always know You’ll always find where I hide Time goes by, continues by And I will never be gone Time goes on, continues on What will you find? When nothing is showing, And time keeps on flowing There’s no way to hide The past keeps on growing, The future is going You hide What will you find?

THE BALLAD OF MOLLY PARKER Well, a man walked into the room with loneliness on his face He said, “I been travlin’ for 700 miles before I arrived at this place.” He said, “It has been so long since I been able to find my love,” “She’s been floatin’ away from me on the wind like a dove.” And he proceeded to tell his lonely tale He said, “I met this beautiful girl, and we lived together well,” “But after a year or so, they came and took her from me…” Said, “They tied me on the floor, uncertain and un-free” As tears began to form, he told us of his past He said, “Nobody would help me, it all happened so fast.” “But then one day there came a knockin’ up on my door” “’What is this’, I asked, ‘what have you come for’?” He said, “Standin’ out the door was a man I did not know,” “At this point these tragic events had happened three years ago” “He told me that he’d heard where my love was now” “Said she wanted to come back home to me, yet did not know how” “So I asked him where she was, and he pointed me this way” “That is why I’m standin’ here, in front of ya’ll today” He Said, “I come 700 miles to see what I can find,” “’Cause she is all that I can think of, she never leaves my mind” Then the man caught a glimpse of the picture above my head It was a portrait of a girl, framed and dressed in red His face lit up like a lantern, and the tears began to stream He said, “This cannot be… How can it be? It has to be a dream…” Then the manager came out, said, “We don’t serve your kind here.” “Why don’t you just turn around, and make yourself disappear” The man responded, though, “That’s my love hangin’ on your wall” “I come 700 miles, could ya help me out at all?” Well the manager, he sighed, and looked at the girl in the frame This was the man she’d spoken of… the moment finally came When I said, “Your girl came here a few years ago, beaten and abused” “Out of sympathy she was employed, how could she have refused?” “But in the streets a few months ago, she was arguing for her freedom” “So they threw her down, and they beat her up, and they killed her without reason.” The man confused and broken-hearted turned the other way He’d come 700 miles just to hear what I had to say About his beautiful love that he’d been chasing for so long She was innocent and brave, confident and strong.

CHANCE FOR THE WORLD Take a better look, not a lot to say Just a price to pay, a little price to pay Take a better look, take a look around So much to be found, a lot to be found I want to get away, I want to have some fun Want to be someone, I’m going to be someone Want to get away, got a difference to make I’ve got a chance to take, I’ve got a chance to take I’ve got a chance to take for the world I want to give to the world Give a little piece of my world to the world Give everyone a piece of my world I’ll give everyone a little smile Hold it in their hearts for a little while Everyone plays a different part Give a little piece of your heart Find a place to stay, don’t let it disappear Try to keep it here, a way to keep it here Find a place to stay, a different life to live If there’s a way to give, you’ve got a chance to give Got a chance to give to the world I want to give to the world Give a little piece of my world to the world Give everyone a piece of my world I’ll give everyone a little smile Hold it in their hearts for a little while Everyone plays a different part Give a little piece of your heart

IN THE SHADOWS OF SIRENS Travel to the land of the faithful Where sand meets sea, and wave meets stone On the wind then you must travel Beyond the line that is unknown Past the rocks where ships will shatter Around the island of the found Through the hopes and dreams that shatter On the cold and icy ground We sold our souls With no fear Down the lane of look and listen Up the cliffs of dare and pain Over the mountains as they glisten Away from sirens as they wane We sold our souls With no fear Travel to the land of the faithful Where sand meets sea, and wave meets stone On the wind then you must travel Beyond the line that is unknown Past the rocks where ships will shatter Around the island of the found Through the hopes and dreams that shatter On the cold and icy ground We sold our souls

PICTURE PERFECT DREAM In a book Case you care to look There is a tale I will tell So in a dream Crazy it seems There is a girl I don’t know I don’t know Who I see She is just a picture to me A dream perfect picture to me Somewhere in the world around Somewhere there’s a place Where someday I will turn around And I will find a trace Picture perfect girl I see I will find a trace Picture perfect girl to me I will find a place where I find her face There they stood With the key They are always hiding it from me Spinning worlds On a desk And they’re hiding it from the rest Falling river That I see It is just a waterfall to me An always-falling waterfall to me And somewhere in a world around Someday they will see That someday I will turn around And I will find the key Evil demons once again They will always be Simply evil demons of men They will give the key, but before they will plea Far and wide People will decide Magic is the key to the war 18 merchants On a ship A stormy sea could always make it flip A million waves Upon a sea It is just an ocean to me A very open ocean to me River falling It is free But it is just a waterfall to me Hidden girl I can see She is just a picture to me A dream perfect picture to me And it is just a dream to me

THIS PLACE WE’RE IN Look at us here Look in the mirror The long and turning path we’ve come along Feel where we are We’ve come so far Look at all the things we’ve overcome And I ask How is it here, how are you here? Sense the power that we have my dear We go into the best part strong And How does this feel, how do you feel? Can you believe the place we’re in is real? And the road keeps going on Look at me now Remember how We’ve spent these years together as one And take my hand We understand That we’re together in the world never alone And I ask How is it here, how are you here? Sense the power that we have my dear We go into the best part strong And How does this feel, how do you feel? Can you believe the place we’re in is real? And the road keeps going on

CARRY THE ONE Wait here ‘til the sun comes on No matter if it’s dusk or dawn Stay here: we’re in danger Today we’ll have to carry her Steer her the right way to shore Follow the light of the sun Steer clear the might of the storm Today we must carry the one ‘til the sun comes on Why, Why is it that we grow so tired? We care Who do we wait for to tell us what’s desired? What, What is it that condemns us to this way? Or who are they? Who knows? That’s why we declare that We don’t have to wait for the world We don’t have to wait for the world Wait here ‘til the sun comes on No matter if it’s dusk or dawn Stay here: we’re in danger Today we’ll have to carry her Steer her the right way to shore Follow the light of the sun Steer clear the might of the storm Today we must carry the one ‘til the sun comes on If, If we were to take up all these ropes We could Tow her along towards our dreams and our hopes And, And out of any dangerous path So do the math Maybe we’ll arrive where the great ones stood We don’t have to wait for the world We don’t have to wait for the world Wait here ‘til the sun comes on No matter if it’s dusk or dawn Stay here: we’re in danger Today we’ll have to carry her Steer her the right way to shore Follow the light of the sun Steer clear the might of the storm Today we must carry the one ‘til the sun comes on
